When formar Four Seasons' senior chef decided to start his own chain restaurant, he chose JAD Studio to set the tone for the interiors. Called Tamak - meaning "passion" or "josh", the restaurant celebrates the diversity of North Indian food and presents it in an uncliched fashion. To stay authentic with the menu, the decor too is inspired by the heritage of the northern states, but is interpreted in the lines of a modern restaurant design.

Tamak's decor is infused with novelty be it in the juxtaposition of vibrant colours or the many unique design features: a green and lively entrance nook, upcycled bamboo wall and a quirky play of niches to accentuate the space, to name a few.
